STiplady.net is based in Chester, UK. The business was setup by Simon Tiplady, who is now the lead programmer in the team.
Simon Tiplady
I am a freelance L.A.M.P Developer and Programmer based in Chester, UK (previously living in Malaga, Spain) and working for clients internationally.
Since graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from York University, I have undertaken a wide range of freelance projects and through this I have built up an extensive knowledge of programming and development. This comprehensive knowledge includes all aspects of overseeing and developing projects from initial design, programming, implementation to user-support. Particular programming skills include hand-coded (X)HTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, XML together with extensive knowledge of building CMS and CRM systems to custom specifications.
I pride myself on producing a high standard of work with a meticulous attention to detail and timely submission of projects. I undertake projects of all sizes and I have experience of websites relating to the property, tourism, sales and service industries.
